We incorporate a fully comprehensive training program that combines strength training, metabolic conditioning, nutrition, and mobility, guaranteed to incinerate fat, build lean muscle, improve range of motion, decrease pain, and live a healthier lifestyle overall.

Our space is intentionally small to create an inviting and non-intimidating safe space SETTING

For those that may feel uncomfortable in the conventional gym setting. We primarily serve all individuals under the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, but also welcome loud and proud allies into our safe space.

Our coaches are here to motivate, inspire, and guide you through your workout, whether you are working on one-on-one training, or participating in a group class in our intimate yet COVID-19 conscious gym environment. We give you all the tools you need to succeed because we want you to succeed!

By using a multitude of training styles and methodology, we are constantly striving to widen our scope so we can reach as many people as possible. We have experience training sport-specific, cross-training, obstacle course racing, Olympic weightlifting, weight loss, and strength & athletic performance, with ages ranging from adolescence to geriatrics.

And that's just the physical part! A fitness and wellness journey is not just working out. It's nutrition. It's balancing mental and emotional health. It's connecting mind, body, and soul. It's knowing that you deserve the best version of you, and we will be there to help every step of the way.

Personal Training:

Personal training should be personal! Experience one-on-one, personal training sessions at our private facility, complete with a variety of equipment, weights, and toys to train with. All sessions are programmed exclusively for you so you can crush your goals and create life-long habits that will not just get you results, but keep them!

Small group fitness:

Small Group Fitness classes are aimed towards building strength and endurance. These classes are always varied, easy to scale, and guaranteed to build muscle and incinerate fat. The type of classes we program are a variety of HIIT, circuits, metabolic conditioning, and strength training. We can guarantee that no two workouts will be the same. Are you new to group fitness? Not to worry! Every workout can be scaled to fit your individual needs: the coach can regress movements to ensure the safety of your technique or push the complexity when you can handle it.

Classes are currently capped at 6 members at a time. Not only do we want to ensure proper spacing for COVID safety, but we're dedicated to creating a safe space to train where you can be unapologetically you! Small classes allow you to have more of the coach's attention, ensuring good form and reducing the risk of injury, but also allow for more equipment to go around. You won’t see anybody waiting in line to use a piece of equipment here!

Barbell Class:

The Barbell Class is dedicated to the technical details of a variety of lifts: the two main Olympic Weightlifting lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk, as well as the three main Powerlifting lifts, the back squat, bench press, and deadlift. This class focuses on advanced lifting technique, but is designed for lifters of all experience levels, from competitors to beginners. The development of explosiveness and power not only makes you a stronger lifter, but also translates to other exercise movements, sports, and more.

This is all accomplished through practice of the lifts themselves coupled with proper accessory and mobility exercises, in an intimate setting with our skilled coaching staff.

mobility:

Our mobility sessions are designed to improve range of motion, increase flexibility, and alleviate pain. Using instrument-assisted myofascial release (IASTM), cupping, deep tissue massage, kinesiology taping, and corrective exercises, not only can we significantly reduce the painful knots and tightness in your body, but also give you the tools that you can use at home to maintain optimal movement.
